Manufacturing of MAYA is complete. Shipping is about to begin.
We will be charging your cards on 10th July 2026 for shipping and for any pledge upgrades or add-ons you have made since the campaign. Please make sure that your shipping address and payment details have been entered in our Pledge Manager at store.entermaya.com/login. If you want to update your card details, now is the time to do it.
If you have already entered your details, no further action is required! The books will reach you soon.
Please note that once we charge your cards, all orders will be locked.
In the meantime, the ebook and audiobook are waiting for you in the Fulfilments section of your dashboard, ready to download and keep.

Q: How do I access my audiobook and my ebook?
A: Please log in tostore.entermaya.com/store using the same email address you used on Kickstarter. In the top navigation bar, you'll see a button called "Fulfilments." Clicking it will show all the digital items you own. Please note that the ebook is available to all backers, while the audiobook was available as an add on. If you cannot access the audiobook, please confirm if it is added to your pledge.
Q: Can I download my audiobook and ebook?
A: Yes, you can download your audiobook and ebook from your Fulfilments page. We believe in a DRM-free world, so we've made your audiobook fully downloadable for you to keep and enjoy. After logging in tostore.entermaya.com/store, click the Fulfilments button in the top navigation bar, and you'll find a download option next to your audiobook as well as your ebook. Please enjoy your copy on any device or player of your choice.
Q: What is the Pledge Manager? I haven’t used it yet.
A: Pledge Manager is your dedicated home for everything related to your MAYA Kickstarter pledge. It's where you can confirm your shipping address, view your pledge details, access your digital rewards like your ebook and audiobook, and pay for shipping, all in one place. We built our own Pledge Manager for address, shipping payment, and digital rewards. Please visitstore.entermaya.com/login and enter the same email address you used to back MAYA on Kickstarter. Click on the Sign In button, and you will receive an OTP on your email ID. Enter that OTP on the website to log in. After logging in, you can also set a PIN for your account to make signing in easier for future visits. Once you're logged in, you can pay your shipping, update your address, download your digital rewards, and manage everything about your pledge using a single, simple dashboard.
Q: How will my MAYA physical rewards be shipped to me? When will I receive them?
A: Depending on your Pledge level, your physical MAYA rewards will be shipped to you in up to three waves, in waves. Wave 1 includes the Book 1 hardcover and softcover. Wave 1 of shipping will reach you by the end of July or early August 2026. The exact delivery timelines may vary after the books are dispatched, depending on your region and local fulfilment partner, but please know that we are working hard to get every book into your hands as quickly and safely as possible.
Books 2 and 3 of the trilogy are still being written, so they will only be shipped once they are complete and manufactured. They will follow in the second and third waves as soon as each book is ready. The Lore Book, the Built Environments of MAYA, and the Flitt-Locust Pendant will be delivered in Wave 2.
Q: Will I have to pay shipping again for future waves?
A: No! Your shipping charges cover the delivery of your entire pledge across all three waves of fulfilment. This means that the amount you pay now includes shipping of Book 1 in the first wave, but also the shipping of Books 2 and 3 (as well as all add ons) in the later waves once they are ready. We've chosen to bundle the shipping charges this way so that you only pay once, and never have to worry about the charges for this campaign again. This also protects you from any volatile shipping rate fluctuations that may arise in the future. Q: How do I pay for shipping?
A: Please log in tostore.entermaya.com/store using the same email address you used on Kickstarter. From there, you can enter your shipping address and pay your shipping fee. You can also view all your pledge details on your profile page.
Q: Can I upgrade my pledge or purchase any add-ons?
A: Yes. You can upgrade your pledge or add items in the Pledge Manager. Please note that the last day to make any such changes is 10th July 2026, after which all orders will be locked and no further upgrades or add-ons will be possible. This is the final call to confirm anything else that you'd like to include!
Q: When will my card be charged?
A: Your card will be charged on 10th July 2026. Once the payment is processed, your order will be locked, which means it will no longer be possible to upgrade your pledge or add any add-ons. If you'd like to make any changes to your order, please finalize them by 10th July 2026.
Q: How much will I be charged?
A: You will be charged for shipping, and for any pledge or add on upgrades that you have made after the Kickstarter campaign. Your shipping rate will be the same as mentioned on the shipping section of our Kickstarter page. You can review your exact total due on your pledge manager dashboard.
Q: What happens if I don’t enter my payment details or shipping address by the 10th of July?
A: If we are not able to confirm your payment details or shipping address on 10th July 2026, your shipping won’t happen right away. To prevent any avoidable delays, please enter your shipping address and payment details by 10th July.
Q: How do I change my shipping address?
A: Please log in tostore.entermaya.com/store using the same email address you used on Kickstarter, then go to your profile page. You'll find an option to edit your shipping address there.

Q: I forgot my Pledge Manager PIN. How do I reset it?
A: On the login page, choose reset PIN. We'll email a code to your registered address. Enter it and set a new PIN.
Q: I no longer have access to my Kickstarter email address. How do I change it?
A: Please email us at [email protected] with your backer number, your previous email address, and your new email address. Once we receive your request, our team will update your account and confirm the change over email, so please do keep an eye on your new inbox.
