Data Deletion

If you would like to request deletion of your personal data from our services, please email support@entermaya.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Include the email address associated with your account or newsletter subscription so we can locate your records. We will verify your request, process it within 30 days, and confirm deletion by email.

Some information may be retained where we are required to keep it by law (for example, transaction records) or where it has been irreversibly anonymised. Data held by third-party processors (our newsletter provider and storefront) is deleted in line with their own retention policies once your request is forwarded.
